The mod adds a new keybind, while the keybind is held the user can use their mouse scroll wheel to change the FOV(Field Of View) setting without ever needing to pause the game, using the mod the FOV setting can be set to ranges not accessible in the vanilla game: from 5 to 140 FOV
in the future i will try and add config allowing to change the min and max, as well as the scroll sensitivity (by how much FOV changes per scroll)
How to Install Basically More FOV (Mod)
Basically More FOV by Unknown is verified for Fabric, Quilt across Minecraft versions 1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2, 1.19.3, 1.19.4, 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2 (latest release: 1.0-1.19, file size: 64 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2, 1.19.3, 1.19.4, 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2) and platform (Fabric, Quilt).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric, Quilt.
- Move the downloaded Basically More FOV file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
