When "Uma Soul Resonance" actived, the blade will be "powered", details see SlashBlade's changelog.
Now "Uma Soul Resonance" has level limit to active effect, request 30 Level.
Now when "Uma Soul Resonance" actived, Equipped UmaSoul's AP will be cost, request 20 by default.
