Welcome to Create: Integrated Farming, a mod adding more farming appliance and compat for Create.

We currently offer:

  • Vacuum Harvester: A rotational area harvester that collects and replants mature crops within a range.
  • Fishing Net: A Contraption component that fishes and catches small aquatic creatures at the same time.
  • Lava Fishing Net: Extends Fishing Net automation to lava when one of Nether Depths Upgrade, Tide, Starcatch and Confluence is installed.
  • Poultry Roosts: Automate products from vanilla & Vanilla Backport chickens; Ducks and geese from Untitled Duck; Ducks from Confluence; Ducks from Environmental; And turkeys from Autumnity.
  • Harvester Compatibility: Mechanical Harvesters and Vacuum Harvesters correctly handle mature crops and plants from vanilla Minecraft, Farmer's Delight, Corn Delight, Delight o' Flight, Supplementaries, Haunted Harvest, Autumnity, Atmospheric, Jaden's Nether Expansion, Cultural Delights, Hearth and Harvest, Windswept, Festive Delight, Nether's Exoticism, Ender's Delight, Upgrade Aquatic and Neapolitan.
  • Mechanical Arm Harvesting: Mechanical Arms can harvest Bullet Peppers from My Nether's Delight and collect Lily Pads, Huge Lily Pads, and Huge Water Lilies from The Twilight Forest when Twilight's Flavor and Delight is installed.
  • Mechanical Arm Logistics: Mechanical Arms can interact with Baskets from Farmer's Delight and Crab Traps from Crabber's Delight.
  • Spout Composting: Spouts accelerate Organic Compost from Farmer's Delight and Leteos Compost from My Nether's Delight.
  • Create Enchantable Machinery Compatibility: Its Enchantable Harvester uses the same special-crop harvesting rules.
  • Lightning-Rod Soil Charging: Create Lightning Rods can transform Soil into Weather Soil from Delight o' Flight when struck by lightning.

Sable & Simulated Series Compatibility

  • When Sable installed, supported farming machines (Spouts, Vacuum Harvesters and Fishing Nets) can interact across the parent world and intersecting moving sub-levels, including from one sub-level to another.
  • When Create Simulated Series is present, a running Auger Shaft with its item inlet attached to any net in a connected, coplanar panel can collect output from the entire panel.

## Create: Integrated Farming 1.4.3

### Feature

  • Combined crop farming, animal husbandry, and fishing Ponder tutorials under Farming Appliances.
  • Grouped occupied Roost variants in the farming and Mechanical Arm target categories. Scroll through a group to select an animal and open its tutorial. Added missing tutorials for compatible duck Roosts.

### Fix

  • Fixed crashes and corn harvesting with Cultural Delights 0.18.1+. Vacuum Harvesters and Mechanical Harvesters now collect the entire three-block plant from any height, clear its upper sections, and consume a corn kernel when replanting.
  • Added Glow Berry harvesting that leaves the cave vines intact.

### Compatibility

  • Expanded Vacuum Harvester and Mechanical Harvester support for Atmospheric oranges, blood oranges, passion fruit, dragon fruit, yucca fruit bundles, and hanging currants.
  • Added harvesting for Neapolitan banana bundles, vanilla vines, and adzuki sprouts. Replanting vanilla retains its growing end and support.
  • Added Cultural Delights bean pod harvesting, including rope and stick variants, and Mint harvesting. Bean vines retain or restore their supports as appropriate.
  • Added Jaden's Nether Expansion Cerebrage and Sorrowsquash harvesting.
  • Added Upgrade Aquatic 7.x (7.0.2+) mulberry harvesting, preserving single and double vines, and Cook's Collection 0.5.8+ lemon harvesting from ripe fruiting leaves.
  • Added Ender's Delight 1.x (1.3.1+) Amberveil, Chorus Flame, Ethereal Saffron, and Voidpepper harvesting. Picked fruit can grow again; Voidpepper retains its spreading origin.
  • Disable harvester replanting to collect Cultural Delights Mint, Amberveil, and Ethereal Saffron as whole plants; otherwise their drops are used to replant them.

### Requirements

  • Requires Create: Dragons Plus 1.11.9 or newer.
  • Cultural Delights compatibility now requires 0.18.1 or newer, together with its required Cook's Collection dependency (0.5.8+).

## Create: Integrated Farming 1.4.2

### Fix

  • Fixed Vacuum Harvesters removing water and harvesting Farmer's Delight rice before its panicles mature. Harvesting now preserves the submerged rice plant.
  • Fixed premature harvesting and incomplete handling of Supplementaries flax, Haunted Harvest corn, Autumnity foul berries, Atmospheric aloe, and Jaden's Nether Expansion warped wart. Multi-part crops are handled as one plant, with planting material consumed when replanting destroyed crops.
  • Fixed Neapolitan mint producing extra sprouts while retaining its original density. Harvesters now pick its leaves without uprooting it.
  • Fixed My Nether's Delight powdery crops being uprooted instead of having their ripe peppers harvested.
  • Fixed Spouts failing to catalyze My Nether's Delight Leteos Compost. In ultra-warm dimensions, each 250 mB of lava advances one stage; the tenth application completes fresh compost. Insufficient fluid, invalid catalysts, and replaced targets no longer consume fluid. Custom catalysts can use #mynethersdelight:leteos_booster.
  • Fixed Confluence duck roost model-loading errors when Confluence is not installed.

### Compatibility

  • Added optional harvesting integrations for Neapolitan 6.x (6.0.1+), Atmospheric 7.x (7.0.1+), Supplementaries 1.21.1-3.9.9+, Haunted Harvest 1.21-3.5.0+, and Jaden's Nether Expansion 2.x (2.4.1+).

  • Fixed an intermittent client crash when placing or viewing a Vacuum Harvester after starting the game.

  • Fixed a crash when Fishing Nets or Lava Fishing Nets generate catches with Tide 2.1.1 installed (#65).

## Create: Integrated Farming 1.4.1

### Add
  • Added a unified Roosting JEI category for Chicken Roosts and supported duck, goose, and turkey Roosts. Each entry shows optional item and fluid feeding, the natural production time, and outputs that can be identified from the active loot table.
  • Added Roosting JEI entries for Vanilla Backport warm and cold chickens, Confluence ducks, Untitled Duck Mod ducks and geese, Environmental ducks, and Autumnity turkeys when those mods are installed.
  • Roosting JEI information is supplied by the server and refreshes after joining or reloading data packs, so server-defined food data maps, food tags, and production loot tables are reflected without reconnecting.

### Update
  • Create Spout feeding now works with every supported occupied animal Roost, including duck, goose, and turkey variants, instead of only Chicken Roosts.
  • The existing create_integrated_farming:chicken_food fluid data map remains the configuration point for Spout feeding. Existing data packs require no migration, and no separate JEI display format has been added.
  • Roosting JEI displays conditional or complex loot tables conservatively and does not invent uncertain outputs or probabilities.
  • Updated the Roost Spout Ponder wording to refer to birds instead of only chickens.

### Fix
  • Spouts no longer begin feeding or consume fluid when a Roost is empty, on feeding cooldown, already has an output ready, or does not contain enough fluid for one configured feeding operation.

## Create: Integrated Farming 1.4.0

> **Supported optional mod versions:** Tide 2.1.1–2.x, Starcatcher 3.0.6–3.x, Confluence 1.2.4–1.x, Vanilla Backport 1.1.7.10–1.x, and Nether Depths Upgrade 3.2 or later.

### Add
  • Added Fishing Net support for fish and other catches from Tide, Starcatcher, and Confluence in both water and lava.
  • Added dedicated Fishing Net Ponder examples for Nether Depths Upgrade, Tide, Starcatcher, and Confluence catches.
  • Added Mechanical Harvester and Vacuum Harvester support for ten Confluence crops, including correct seed replanting.
  • Added Confluence common duck and mallard Roosts. Both ducks can be captured and released, accept fish as food, and produce eggs.
  • Added Vanilla Backport warm and cold Chicken Roosts, which produce brown and blue eggs respectively. Temperate chickens continue to use the normal Chicken Roost.

### Update
  • The Lava Fishing Net can now be crafted and used when Nether Depths Upgrade, Tide, Starcatcher, or Confluence is installed, instead of requiring Nether Depths Upgrade.
  • Updated the modpack integration guide with the new Confluence crop and poultry behavior, Vanilla Backport poultry behavior, food inputs, products, and configurable loot tables.

> **Compatibility requirement:** Nether Depths Upgrade 3.2 or later is required when Nether Depths Upgrade is installed.

  • Fixed Simulated Auger Shafts failing to collect Fishing Net output when their input was attached to an edge of a connected, coplanar panel in Sable sub-levels.

## Create: Integrated Farming 1.3.3

> **Compatibility requirement:** Nether Depths Upgrade 3.2 or later is required when Nether Depths Upgrade is installed.

  • Added Sable support for Spouts targeting Chicken Roosts, Farmer's Delight Organic Compost, and My Nether's Delight Letios Compost across the main world and moving sub-levels.
  • Added cross-level crop harvesting for both stationary and contraption-mounted Vacuum Harvesters, including rotated sub-levels, replanting, shared inventories, and bounded suction particles.
  • Added fishing support for Fishing Nets mounted in Sable sub-levels. Nets can now fish while moving through main-world water or fluid in neighboring sub-levels, including Nether Depths Upgrade Lava Fishing Nets when installed.
  • Added cross-level aquatic creature capture for Fishing Nets, preserving the existing creature rules, loot, experience nuggets, and game-rule behavior.
  • Added optional Simulated Auger collection for entire connected, coplanar Fishing Net panels, with round-robin distribution between multiple valid Augers.

### Fix
  • Updated Nether Depths Upgrade compatibility to 3.2 and removed its obsolete fishing-event integration, preventing startup crashes with current releases.
  • Spouts now revalidate cross-level targets when processing completes, preventing fluid consumption when a target has moved away.
  • Cross-level Vacuum Harvester scans now use exact source-space filtering, preventing rotated sub-level bounding boxes from harvesting blocks outside the configured range.

  • Fixed Chicken Roosts not accepting Create Crafts & Additions Seed Oil from Spouts.

### Update
  • Chicken Roosts now accept any Spout fluid tagged with #c:plantoil, including Create: Diesel Generators Plant Oil.

  • Corrected Roost Ponder instructions to explain that poultry produces naturally and feeding accelerates the next output.
  • Preserved roost production overflow by dropping remainders that do not fit after a partial inventory insertion.
  • Prevented a client crash when the Sable integration receives a Create behaviour query without a block entity.
  • Corrected Cultural Delights corn and fruiting avocado leaf drops and post-harvest states.
  • Corrected Hearth and Harvest corn, grape trellises, berry bushes, and cotton drops and post-harvest states.
  • Corrected Windswept wild berry and Festive Delight cinnamon harvesting.
  • Corrected Nether's Exoticism jaboticaba, kiwano, Buddha's Hand, rambutan, and both pitaya harvest stages, including direction and waterlogging preservation.
