A simple mod that will replace the durability bar with a non-intrusive number percentage, either above or below the item (configurable).
Display the remaining durability of the tool instead of a percentage.

- Made sure the enable translation text is actual english.
- Allow the mod to be disabled when user disables it inside the config.
- Stop relying on ToolItem to get the item durability, this way non-tools can show the correct percentage.
