FarmAssistReboot makes farming easier with auto replant. Provided the player has the matching seeds.

Features

Auto replant: Wheat, Potatoes, Carrots, Beetroots, Nether Wart, Cactus, Cocoa Beans, Sugar Cane.
Allows for auto-replant when grass or dirt is tilled.
Multi-World support
Allows replanting only when crops are fully grown.
Global toggles and player by player toggles.
Placeholders
Multiple languages support. Currently: English, Hebrew, French, Portuguese (Brazil), Chinese (Simplified) (zh-Hans)
Use permissions or don't (set to use permissions by default.)

Added farmassist.till, farmassist.info, farmassist.nodrops, farmassist.torch_flower, and farmassist.pitcher_plant. to plugin.yml
farmassist.toggle and farmassist.till now default to TRUE.
Renamed farmassist.global to farmassist.toggle.global.

Fixed permission handling for auto-till.
Fixed missing translation fallback and incorrect update notifications.
Fixed seed checks for sugar cane/cactus with renamed/NBT items.
Fixed several potential ClassCastException/NPE cases.
Fixed no-seeds config handling.

Added tests for player interaction, language files, and join notifications.
Made the disabled-player set thread-safe with controlled mutation methods.
