Fast Xp

Release with opt-out-packet and more, updated for more versions.

Currently meant for 1.21.4, but auto-detected to work with more versions,
if a version doesnt work (correctly), please let me know and I will try to fix it.

Fixed the R key input 'bug'.

# Current 'Bug':
This version has a 'bug' with the input handler, that makes you throw items when pressing 'R'. This was made for testing purposes, and has been removed in the latest version

# Features:
## Opt Out Packet

• Soft Disable: force disables the mod, until the player disconnects.
• Hard Kick: kicks the player from the server.

## Mod Menu Integration
Allows you to configure the mod using Mod Menu.

• You do not need Mod Menu installed, it is NOT a dependency.
• Edits the fastxp.json found in .mincraft/config.

## Configuration
Allows you to edit:

• the throwDelay (in ticks)
• whether the mod is enabled
• for which projectiles the mod works with

# Note:
This mod has been completly remade, so please leave a bug-report if something doesn't work as expected.

Also fills glass bottles faster when holding.
