FAuction is a 100% gui auction house management plugin. There is only one command. All gui are 100% configurable.

Custom Configuration :
All gui are configurable, you can make your own gui with custom head texture and customModelData.
Custom head texture is only available for Paper server.

Dependency :
- Java 21
- Paper server (or a Paper fork)
- SQLite, MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL
- Vault (optional, only required for the default VAULT currency mode — the EXPERIENCE and LEVEL modes don't need it)
- PlaceholderAPI (optional, for placeholders)
- LuckPerms (optional, only for per-rank auction limits via meta)
Installation :
- Put the jar file in plugins of all servers
- Configure database.yml for MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL (same database for every server if you run a network ; SQLite is enough for a single server)

### Name the commands yourself
The commands are no longer fixed to
/ah, /hdv and their English subcommands. A new commands: section in config.yml lets you rename every one of them, or add aliases:``

- The first name of each list is the main one, shown in the help and in the error messages. The others are aliases.
- Permissions do not change**: renaming
to vendre keeps fauction.sell.A change needs a full restart**: /ah admin reload detects it and tells you to restart.A mistake never stops the plugin**: invalid or duplicate names fall back to the defaults, and the console says what was refused.
### Update notifications
At startup and on every /ah admin reload, FAuction checks GitHub for a newer release and warns the console, with a link to it.
- Nothing is downloaded or installed, and the check runs asynchronously (Paper and Folia).
- A server without internet access shows no warning.
- Turn it off with
update-checker.enabled: false in config.yml.

## ⬆️ Updating
Replace the jar and restart. Your config.yml` and language files are updated automatically: the new keys are added and your existing values are kept.

- A fix for Folia servers.** If you run Paper or Spigot, nothing in this release
Folia, this one is worth taking.
The Folia support shipped in 2.2.0 left two windows open where a player
disconnecting at the wrong moment could make an item, or a payment, disappear.
Both are closed.
### Items lost on a disconnection
When a player cancelled one of their own auctions, bought an item, took back an
expired item or put one up for sale, the item was removed from the database
before being handed over. If the player disconnected during that short moment,
the item was never handed over and was gone for good.
The operation is now undone cleanly instead: the auction goes back on the market,
an expired item goes back to the expired items, and an item taken for a sale that
could not be saved is placed in its seller's expired items. The player finds
their item again when they log back in, and every case is logged to the console.
### Sales blocked by the duplication protection
After such a disconnection, the item's signature stayed stuck in the
anti-duplication filter. From then on nobody could put a visually identical item
up for sale, server-wide, until the next restart. The signature is now released
in every case.
### Pending payments in XP and LEVEL mode
Payments held for a seller who was offline were credited from the wrong thread
under Folia, which Folia does not allow. They now go through the player's own
region thread. A payment that does not go through stays owed to the player
instead of being cleared.
### Updating
Replace the jar and restart. No configuration change, no database change, and
nothing for your players to do.

- Every scheduled operation in the plugin — one-off async/sync work as well as the recurring auction expiration, cache refresh, pending currency delivery, and anti-spam cleanup tasks — now runs through a Folia-aware scheduler instead of the plain Bukkit scheduler, which Folia does not support.
- The unmaintained
TaskChaindependency (co.aikar:taskchain-bukkit, no release since 2019-2021) has been fully removed. - No configuration change required; behavior on regular Paper servers is unchanged.

Some auctions (and items sitting in the expired-items view) could no longer be cancelled or claimed. The console showed an error such as:
[FAuction] Auction X could not be deleted from the database ; kept on the market instead of being lost from the cache for nothing.
Cause: on SQLite, new listings were assigned an id guessed locally instead of the one the database actually generated. Once the highest-id listing had ever been sold or removed, that guess fell out of sync with the database — so any new listing added afterward got an id that didn't match any real row, making it permanently impossible to delete or claim.
Fix: new auctions and expired items now always use the id the database itself assigned. No more drift between the in-memory cache and the database, and no more stuck listings.
If you were affected, existing stuck items should resolve themselves once you sell/cancel/withdraw them again after updating; any that were already orphaned may need a manual database check (see the plugin's SQL tables if in doubt).
