Festive Frenzy is a fabric mod that adds various festive decorations and items, such as presents, baubles, tinsels and more.
Features
Items
- Candy Pouches that are occasionaly dropped by hostile mobs
- Candy Canes & Peppermint can be crafted into blocks
- Sharpened Candy Cane, a sword-like weapon with unique visuals and stats
- Wreath Chakram, a throwable weapon that pierces through enemies
- Frostflake Cannons, which upon use shoot Frostflakes that cause Frostburn

- Star Decoration, that gives nearby blocks a shine

- Frostbite Effect that deals damage over time
- Gamerule "candyPouchDropChance": The percent chance of a hostile entity dropping a candy pouch
- Gamerule "layeredMeltingSnow": Whether or not snow layers should melt by layer or not

How to Install Festive Frenzy (Mod)
Festive Frenzy by Powercyphe is verified for Fabric across Minecraft versions 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21 (latest release: v8.2g, file size: 1.1 MB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21) and platform (Fabric).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric.
- Move the downloaded Festive Frenzy file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.

- The code has been completely rewritten from start up

- Frostflakes now use a proper model rather than only particles
- Frostflakes no longer give freeze ticks but rather the Frostbite Effect

- Special Presents (Folly, Sculk etc.) are now only available via new recipes and stonecutting

# Presents
- Presents no longer work like bundles, but instead like chests that can be closed by sneak-interacting with the block or by clicking the tie in the inventory menu
- Can now be crafted together with gunpowder to turn them into bombs, the more gunpowder, the stronger the explosion
- The Explosion can be modified using a fire charge or ice, adding some extra functionality to it
- Explosions are colored after their bauble
- Thrown Baubles now render as their block model
- Baubles & Tinsel have been recolored to match their wool variants
- Packed Snow & Ice Blocks can now be crafted using the stonecutter
- Now deal less damage, but bypass hit cooldown
- Freezes water when hit
- The Sharpened Candy Cane now deals less damage
- The Sharpened Candy Cane now uses the old candy crit particles for the enchanted hit particles
- The Snowy Grass texture has been fixed via a built-in resource pack (toggleable)
- Added the Snow Globe (currently undone and unobtainable)
- Present Stonecutting/Recoloring now keeps nbt data (to avoid clearing items inside)
- The Sharpened Candy Cane can now be acquired via Candy Pouches
