Framework is exactly what is says on the tin.
For Modrinth Users
This pack is what I believe every performance pack should have. No more. No less. This means that anyone can take it and have a high performance pack with no extra flair. Perfectly vanilla Minecraft, but performant.
For Modpack Developers
A pack developer could use this pack as a framework for a different pack, without having to look for all the performance mods themselves. This saves time and allows the developer to get straight to the extra bits.
All Versions
+ Add Version- Updated mods to current version.
- Added Iris
- This is the only mod whose features are not primarily targetting performance that will be added. It has no impact on framerates when disabled, and is the most common feature people will look for in a pack.
- General update to available mods to bring to current version.
- Updated all mods to current version.
- Updated all relevant mods to 26.2
- Krypton has been disabled until it is available for the current version.
- Updated Architectury. It is now included again.
- Architectury : There is no current version for this mod, so it has been disabled. You do not need to include it in your packs.
The mods that were missing in the last version have been updated, except debugify which is incompatible
- Removed Reese's Sodium Settings
- You should now be able to open the video settings.
- Mod Menu has been updated
- Collective has been updated
- ~~Jade has been removed~~
- ~~I thought I had removed this. Now it is removed.~~
- More Culling has been updated
- Sodium Shadowy Path Blocks has been updated
## Comment
We are slowly returning to full compatibility with the new version of minecraft. This version should run well enough that I am happy to consider it as the full release for 1.21.11.
Of course, as the rest of the mods are updated, they will be re-enabled, but they are not needed for the game to be comfortably playable
## Currently still disabled mods
- Architectury API
- Clumps
- Continuity
- Controlling
- Debugify
- Model Gap Fix (you should be able to replace this with a resource pack)
- Searchables
- TCDCommons API
I have disabled any mods that were causing crashes, but only tested as far as booting to the start menu. I will re-enable support for mods as they update, but expect this version to not run as well, and contain bugs from incompatible mod versions.
## Changes
Disabled:
- Architectury API
- Clumps
- C2ME
- Continuity
- Controlling
- Debugify
- FPS - Display
- Mod Menu
- Model Gap Fix
- ModernFix (will be removed in future versions)
- More Culling
- Searchables
- Sodium Shadowy Paths
- TCDCommons API
The pack currently has about half of the mods disabled, but Sodium and Lithium are still enabled - this should provide a decent FPS boost still.
- Updated all mods to current version.
Note: This version has not been thoroughly tested and may have bugs. It will be updated if any issues are found.
I've changed the naming for the versions to be easier to understand
## Changes
- Added
- Bad Optimisations
- FastBoot
- C2ME
- Removed
- E4MC
- Not Enough Animations
removed incompatible mods.
This version has no config files.
No configs provided.
Configs still not set, so the pack will remain in alpha.
Contains all of the performance mods I could quickly find. No configs have been set.
I will add base configs and more obscure mods at a later date, but this should work as a baseline.
