Fixed data folder resolving _(I copy pasted the code from Portals but didn't change "portals" folder to "holograms" :grimacing:)_

Since nobody reported this to me I assume no real damage was done, I apologize nonetheless.
If your holograms are missing after the update, just rename the "portals" folder to "holograms".

Added world folder migration _(requires Worlds >= 4.2.0 to work)_
