Added a BUNCH of effect icons that show the duration in the icon!
This made the pack really big though, but it's a lot nicer.
Also, all of the icons are in a custom "infuse:effects" font to help compatibility with other plugins.

- Added an actual license to the texture pack. (MIT License)
- Cut down size by 25 kb.
- Added space characters used in Infuse v2.4.4.
- Merged all effect glyphs into one bitmap.
- Removed unused photos from the texture pack. (Still available in resources/)
- Updated script to work in other projects.
