There is already a good TiC-compatible mod here, but maybe it`s not enough.
Now, you can add Ktice to reslove the problem it is difficult to add recipes to TiC3.

How to Install Ktice (Mod)
Ktice by Chemiofitor is verified for Fabric, Forge across Minecraft versions 1.18.2 (latest release: 1.0, file size: 20 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.18.2) and platform (Fabric, Forge).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric, Forge.
- Move the downloaded Ktice file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
