The mod replaces the flat second skin layer with a full 3D model.
This is a complete reimplementation of 3DSkinLayers, improving code quality and porting it to 1.8 Fabric (Ornithe). You should be using the original mod for modern versions.
The mod is backwards compatible with the original mod's config file and uses OneConfig for its configuration.
How to Install Legacy 3D Skin Layers (Mod)
Legacy 3D Skin Layers by Lunasa is verified for Ornithe across Minecraft versions 1.8.9 (latest release: 1.0.1, file size: 79 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.8.9) and platform (Ornithe).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Ornithe.
- Move the downloaded Legacy 3D Skin Layers file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
