Versions
Minecraft 1.19.3 dropped support for resource packs for 1.7-1.12. For example, 1.19.3+ won't recognise textures/blocks/wool_colored_yellow.png for a yellow wool block. Only the new path, which is textures/block/yellow_wool.png, is recognised. This mod brings back old resource pack support in 1.20.
The resource pack format should be less than 4 to work.
How to Install Legacy Resource Pack Adapter (Mod)
Legacy Resource Pack Adapter by Plugbomb_Cairo is verified for Fabric across Minecraft versions 1.20.1, 1.21.6 (latest release: 1.0.0, file size: 32 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.20.1, 1.21.6) and platform (Fabric).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric.
- Move the downloaded Legacy Resource Pack Adapter file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.
