This mod makes several adjustments to the original mod for a few reasons:
- The original mod's texture style is too rigid, making it hard to integrate with Minecraft's aesthetic.
- The i18n support is incomplete; many areas still use hardcoded text translations instead of key-based translations.
- Although Simplified Chinese translations were added, most are machine-translated, which has been a common complaint in the Chinese community.
As a result, this mod includes the following changes:
- Modified many original items and block models through texture pack overrides.
- Adjusted collision boxes using Mixin technology to fit the new models.
- Replaced original text values with Mixin technology to support i18n functionality.
If we can't contact the original author, more changes may come in the future:
- Modify the handgun mechanics.
- Add more recipes.
- Based on this, introduce new items (to be determined).
A patch was made due to too many flaws in the original author's graphic design.

How to Install Modern Life Patch (Mod)
Modern Life Patch by 3944Realms is verified for Forge across Minecraft versions 1.18.2, 1.20.1 (latest release: 1.20.1-1.5.1-beta, file size: 2.5 MB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.18.2, 1.20.1) and platform (Forge).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Forge.
- Move the downloaded Modern Life Patch file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.

1. Updated held item rendering for approximately 128 ModernityBlocks variants to better match Minecraft style (Massive workload! BF_Meow spent ages on it, plus 2 hours of my tweaking)

4. Reworked Number Block textures (Original shaded design by BF_Meow, simplified to flat colors for better palette compatibility)
5. Number Blocks now feature dyeable numerals (right-click with dye, no consumption) - reverts to default red when broken
6. Changed Null Block crafting recipe: 8x Nether Quartz surrounding Redstone dust
