This is done using LibJF.

You can find the config at .minecraft/config/ModsMod.json5 or in ModMenu

How to Install Modsmod (Mod)

Modsmod by JFronny is verified for Fabric across Minecraft versions 1.16.2, 1.16.3, 1.16.4, 1.16.5, 1.17, 1.17.1, 1.18, 1.18.1 (latest release: 26.3.0, file size: 32 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:

Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.16.2, 1.16.3, 1.16.4, 1.16.5, 1.17, 1.17.1, 1.18, 1.18.1) and platform (Fabric).
Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric.
Move the downloaded Modsmod file into your Minecraft .minecraft/mods folder and launch the game.
