Displays an action bar warning when you're looking at an Ender Chest with a Diamond/Netherite pickaxe that doesn't have Silk Touch.

- Rewrite warning logic. Use your Ender Chest destroy speed instead of if it's a Diamond/Netherite Pickaxe. Your destroy speed threshold is a config option
