NoResourcePack
Hypixel Skyblock added a new forced resource pack, this mod allows you to remove the "forced" part of the resource pack.
this mod also allows you to choose between different textures of the resource pack (you must accept the texture pack first for this feature) with a keybind or command to toggle each individual texture for a specific item.
Commands
/nrp tooltip - disables the custom tool tip
/nrp whitelist
/nrp blacklistmode - enables the blacklist mode which "whitelists" all the items from hypixel texture pack but whenever you hit the "whitelist" keybind it allows it to use the vanilla texture instead

How to Install noresourcepack (Mod)
noresourcepack by Unknown is verified for Fabric across Minecraft versions 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2, 26.3 (latest release: v1.3.0-26.3, file size: 485 KB). Follow the steps below to install it safely from ModCraft.tv:
- Click the Download button above and select your Minecraft version (1.21.11, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2, 26.3) and platform (Fabric).
- Make sure you have the compatible loader or environment installed for Fabric.
- Move the downloaded noresourcepack file into your Minecraft
.minecraft/modsfolder and launch the game.

+ Fixed /nrp tooltip not being prioritized so it wasn't saving properly
+ Added a lot of items to the data set as some were missing
+ Added /nrp blacklistmode to enable the reverse function of the whitelist
+ Re-added back the
/nrp tooltip command so you can toggle on/off the custom hypixel tooltip+ Fixed arrows from the quiver (9th slot) not displaying properly if you don't have the texture pack enabled
+ You MUST set it to ENABLED in your server list if you want the texture pack now, if it's set as PROMPT or DISABLED it will skip it and "spoof" the pack
