Sensible MC is an expertly curated modpack that enhances Minecraft's performance, visuals, and features while preserving the vanilla feel. Every included mod has been hand-selected to ensure a smooth, immersive, and sensible upgrade to the base game.

Performance

The modpack is relatively optimized for most systems, but performance cannot be fully guaranteed in all cases. With a large number of mods and assets to load, results vary by hardware. Allocate at least 7-8 GB of RAM to the Modrinth profile to ensure stable operation.
Mods

The modpack contains a substantial number of mods that integrate effectively with one another. Most provide quality-of-life enhancements. Others introduce new items, locations, mobs, and mechanics that align with the base game while expanding available activities.
Resource Packs

The included resource and texture packs enhance multiple elements throughout the game. Items, GUI, mobs, and the player model receive improvements that maintain the vanilla aesthetic.
Shaders

### Important Notes
- The map atlases mod works, but if you try to open the full screen map, rather than just use the in-game item, the whole game crashes
- Critters and Companions versions 2.6.0 and 2.5.0 work in singleplayer but when I tried to use either in a server, the server crashes. Clients with those two versions installed can join a server using prior versions just fine however.
- I added a lot of new mods in this update and I can't say that I've tested every single thing or every single scenario. **THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, THAT'S WHY I'M RELEASING THIS IN A BETA AND NOT RELEASE FORM.** So if something breaks don't blame me, I'm just a guy, I'm not a developer.

NOTE: You have to update the Amendments mod to the latest version past the one currently in this version of the pack. The version currently in use in 2.0.4 introduces an error with lecturns and book+quill where you can't pick the book up after placing it in the lecturn. Just be warned. It's too small of an issue to fully update past this version unfortunately.
Took me a bit to update the pack as I've been running into a lot of performance issues. I had to go through each mod
