config.yml and messages.yml separated.
New serverwhitelist feature. You can set a per-server whitelist and players with the specific permission can bypass it velocityutils.serverwhitelist.bypass
Maintenance player list in config replaced with a permission to bypass the restriction velocityutils.maintenance.bypass
Fix the bug wich someone could report himself.
Centered messages are supported now! Use {center} before a message (Every message in messages.yml are supported, and much of config.yml messages too).
Many optimization fixes.
