Adittions:
- Missing features for v3.0.0 were added for 1.19.2:
- Added pikmin sprouts that spawn naturally, can be plucked with a right click.
- Added gamerules to disable plushies generating naturally, like Sudowoodo or pikmin plushies.

- Fixed error occurring when the game tried to validate data packs.
- Updated Sudowoodo description: "Grows" naturally in forests, Not available in boxes.(Missing for 3.0.0 in 1.19.2)
