Changes:
- BlockManager now only ticks BlockEntities of loaded chunks (should improve performance)
- registerTypeAdapter seperate into itself and registerTypeHierarchyAdapter in BlockManager.
Fixes:
- Error when breaking block
- All Blocks sharing same BlockEntity
- Blocks not being removed
