Changes

- Added the ability to load a configuration file (only available when not in static or agent mode) - Made sure no JVM features beyond JAVA 8 was used. - Added more config options Note: This version slightly broke compatibility with modloader for release 1.6.2. If forge is available it will still work, otherwise you can add "-Dagenta.onesix.config.fallback=true" to your java arguments if you happened to need that exact setup. Reforge was also tested and it appears to work.
