AlwaysBright v1.3.0 - MC 26.3 Port

- Ported to Minecraft 26.3 for all three loaders: Fabric, NeoForge, and Forge
- Updated to 26.3 API: InputConstants.getKey(KeyEvent) for keybind capture,
new KeyMapping constructor
- Minimal mod - toggles fullbright via configurable keybind (default G)
- Config screen available from ModMenu (Fabric), mod list (NeoForge/Forge)
- Settings: toggle key, gamma override toggle, gamma slider, disable darkness effect
