* Add config option `nameBasedFeatures` which adds name based settings for newly spawned Armor Stands **(Disabled by default)**
* Different named Armor Stands will have different properties **when enabled**:
- `armstrong` will enable arms on the Armor Stand
- `baseless` will remove the baseplate of the Armor Stand
- `small` will make the Armor Stand small
- `levitation` will make the Armor Stand have no gravity
