BedrockIfy 0.2.4 fixes some crashes and other minor bugs.

**FIX:** Game crashes when trying to swap armor using the off hand.
**FIX:** Fixed Panorama background rendering on newer versions of Mod Menu.
**FIX:** Held Item Tooltips no longer undercounts the number of tooltips on the "and % more..." line.
**FIX:** Idle hand animation speed is now independent to framerate.
**FIX:** Saving Overlay speed is now independent to framerate.
**IMPROVEMENT:** Slot Highlight now fits bigger slots (Crafting tables, furnaces, looms, etc).
