### Fixed
- **Server log spam in non-overworld dimensions** (cleaner-mod): On servers running the Nether, the End, or modded dimensions, every chunk generated in a dimension whose biome list didn't include the biomes referenced by the new 1.1.0 config blocks (`intraGroupPreference`, `requiredBoundaryGroups`, group-keyed `sizeThresholdOverrides`) emitted a `Failed to clean chunk at (X, Z)` warning. The resolver was treating "this group has no members in this dimension" — the normal case for `oceans` in the Nether, for example — as a fatal config error instead of a no-op, and the failure repeated every chunk because the per-dimension generator context never got cached. Empty group expansion is now silently skipped for that entry, matching how `allowIntraGroupReplacement` already handled the same case.
