Not only that, but also the mappings got migrated to Parchment, allowing the Forge and Fabric versions code to be more similar.
Some visual noticable additions are:
* Added a nice painting
* Updated models / textures (Small details only)
* Custom MOTD in CC Rom
Some second ("noticable") changes are:
* Scroller does not use the cutout renderlayer anymore
* Fixed target block display ID
* RedRouter Block is a bit more performent
