Hello everyone! It’s been a long time since the last release for Chronos Client, but in this time I was working on a complete rebuild of Chronos Client, featuring the **latest performance boosting mods available** on Modrinth. I tried performance **testing all mods** one-by-one and measuring how big of a performance boost they give, and I only added those, which actually made a difference on my machine. This results in a **189% increase** in performance (on my machine, this could be **very** different on your computer).
But wait, there is more! Returning to Chronos Client’s origins, 1.6.0 features **more Quality of Life mods**, including: **Midnight Controls** for controller support, **Borderless Mining** for multi-monitor support, and **Spark** for performance profiling. PS. Discord RPC is currently not working, because of incompatibilities and performance concerns. I’m looking forward to adding it back, but I wasn’t able to configure any other RPC mods available how I wanted, and Simple Discord RPC is just not working for me.
