- Fixed: a crash a few seconds after entering a world or starting a server with Very Many Players
(VMP) installed (mod_support #44). A diagnostic read a chunk-level tracker that VMP replaces; it now
reads each chunk's own level, which works with or without VMP.
- That diagnostic no longer runs in the background at all. Its lines in `/cs debug` are worked out
when you run the command.
- Only the 1.21.11 and 26.x jars change; no other version had this diagnostic.
