* Add the "Size Variance" BetterAI mechanic, to add natural variation in animal sizes that can be propagated through breeding
* Add newer mob heads to HeadDrops mechanic
* Improve default block list for TreeLopper mechanic
* Increase the default limit of the TreeLopper mechanic, and switch block search method to produce better results when hitting limit
* Improve compatibility with other plugins when using the `/cb mech list` box
