### [Full Changelog](https://github.com/Stalemated/custom-tooltip-api/blob/1.21.1/Changelog.md)
## 4.0.0
**This release marks a massive structural refactoring, splitting features into multiple mods and introducing S-Lib as a dependency!**
### Changes
- Decoupled and removed all tooltip scrolling and resizing logic, moving it to a brand-new standalone mod: **Smart Tooltip Scroll**.
- **Custom Tooltip API** now requires the **S-Lib** shared library dependency.
### Fixes
- Resolved crashes that occurred when using `InsertStrategy` and `ReplaceAllStrategy`.
- Fixed Tierify compatibility issues, resolving a bug where custom backgrounds and borders would fail to render.
