Fixed:
- Added 2 new configs for Pure Titan spawn weights (SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVES LAG)
- Fixed Chunk generation again to be smoother
- Fixed a bug with the uniforms clipping through skins
- Fixed a bug that caused you to lag when equipping ODM gear
- Fixed a bug that caused you to crash when spamming gas tanks
- Fixed a bug that caused you to crash when spamming thunder spears
