## 🔨 The Cooper's Update! (V 2.2) > **⚠️ BACK UP YOUR WORLD BEFORE UPDATING!** > Barrels have been reworked. Old barrel bugs should all be fixed, but if you have old barrels placed in your world, try loading 2.2 on a backup first to make sure you don't loose anything. Most old barrels should migrate to the new system on their own. --- ### 🛢️ Barrel Rework Brewing barrels are now assembled with the new **Cooper's Hammer**! 1. Place a normal barrel surrounded by wood (same as before) 2. Shift-right-click the barrel with a **Cooper's Hammer** **Cooper's Hammer** - Assembles brewing barrels - Also lets you see the aging and pouring status of your brewing barrels --- ### 🍎 NEW DRINK: Cider! - Brew it with 16 apples and a water bottle! - Golden and Spider variants - Super rare Enchanted Golden variant ### 🌙 Moonshine Distill your fermented seeds, then: 1. Place a trapdoor on top of the cauldron 2. Place a decorated pot next to the cauldron, one block down 3. When it's done, close the trapdoor instead of bucketing the water ### 🍷 Wine - Berry Stomping! Drop berries in empty composter and jump on them to turn them into Mush. Uses fewer berries per wine. ### 🧊 Vodka - Distilling vodka in a cauldron surrounded by ice makes the quality window larger ### 🍯 Mead - Can now use 3 honey blocks instead of 8 honey bottles as the base ingredient (so you don't have to use up glass bottles if you don't want to) ### 💀 Rum - New Skeleton Rum variant --- ### 🏆 Advancements - New DinoBrik's Rum advancements tab! ### ⛵ Misc - **Ship in a Bottle:** store a chest boat inside a bottle, along with all its items! - Filling a Pouring Barrel now puts glass bottles in the side slot if it's empty, and only uses the middle slot if there's no space in the side slot ### ⚙️ More Admin Config - `/function db_drinks:admin/toggle_drunk_chat` - disables the chat messages from being drunk --- ### 🎨 Resource Pack - New models: Cider Bottle and Cup, Skeleton Rum Bottle, Cooper's Hammer, Message in a Bottle, and Ship in a Bottle (one for each wooden boat type) - Bottles now display nicer on shelves, to resemble bottle racks --- Found a bug or want secret/all recipes?
