Small update but took a while due to exams.
+ Fixed Dragon Heart and Flux Capacitors being placable.
+ Reduced the Chaos Guardian invincibility from 16 -> 14 seconds to prevent dragon being unkillable.
+ Chaos Guardian invincibility now only applies for laser attacks rather than all attacks.
