- Added an alternating weather model, enabled by default. Clear and rainy periods now alternate, as do thunder and
non-thunder periods, reducing prolonged rain and clear weather. Rain and thunder chances adjust both durations and
intervals. Disable `AlternatingWeatherModel` to restore the previous behavior.
