Version 26.1-r1:
- update to 26.1
- trade rebalance is no longer enabled by default
- add spear enchanted books to strongholds
- adjust the chances of a few other enchanted book spawns
- horses no longer attempt to swim while riding them with buoy
- horses now propel themselves out of water if they have no passenger with buoy
- add netherite horse armor enchanting material
- add beheading drops for various mobs that were missing them
- fix visual inconsistencies with delay
