Version 1.21.5-r5:
- fix enchanted chestplates not giving increased air mobility
- increased air mobility now resets when flying
- swords now innately have at least sweeping edge 1
- splash potions now set extended water time for less time
- slide water skipping now has momentum falloff
- buoy now gives less of a speed boost
- levitation can no longer be applied by chaos
- brimstone close range threshold has been increased
