- `canGetFromEnchantingTable` option was removed from all enchants.
- `enchantmentTags` has been added. This allows users to specify any available [enchantment tags](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Enchantment_tag_(Java_Edition)) to assign to the enchantment. For ex. `#in_enchanting_table` will make it so the enchant appears in the enchanting table.
