Mostly under-the-hood changes that should make updating easier. ADDED: Reads directives such as ``#if MC_VERSION >= 13000``, ``#else``, and ``#endif`` and determines whether or not to include the blocks within those sections. IMPROVED: Should also behave better with blocks with entries like ``thermalfoundation:ore:1``
