Changelog:
- Fixed issue #9 - Offline lookups go through BorisLib's offline lookup first and then fall back to Mojang's API
- Added a config to disable the Mojang API lookup for players that have never connected to the server before, this will prevent mails from being able to be sent to players who have never connected to the server.
- Updated to BorisLib 4.0.1
