## What's New
### Custom Minion System
Minions are no longer just vanilla mobs — define fully custom minions via JSON with their own stats, skins, equipment, abilities, and loot.
- **JSON-driven minions** — create minion configs in `config/fiw_bosses/minions/` with the same ease as bosses
- **Custom skins** — player skins or local PNG, just like bosses
- **Custom equipment** — full item + NBT support per slot
- **Abilities** — minions can use any of the 42 boss abilities
- **Custom loot** — per-item drop chances with NBT support
- **3 movement modes** — `normal` (chase targets), `follow_boss` (escort their summoner), `static` (hold position)
- **Vanilla base support** — use any vanilla mob as a base, or go full custom skin
- **No boss bar** — minions fight without cluttering the HUD
- **Summoned by bosses** — use `minionId` in `summon_minions` ability to spawn your custom minions
### Minion Commands
```
/boss minion list — list all loaded minion definitions
/boss minion spawn <id> — spawn a custom minion at your position
/boss minion kill <id> — kill all living minions with that ID
/boss minion kill all — kill every minion currently alive
```
### Loot System
- Boss and minion loot drops now fully functional with item registry lookup, NBT/component support, and configurable drop chances
### Other
- Mod icon now appears in launchers (Prism Launcher, etc.)
- GitHub issue templates for bug reports and feature requests
- Updated documentation with full minion system reference
