Fixes & Changes:
- Added new tooltip on scrolls to allow players to know how to use them.
- Tweaked Crone a bit so that they should not drink Health brews if they were last hit from a mob or player in the last 15 seconds.
- Tweaked Necro Crown recipe to no longer use Dark Hat as the activation item.
- Buffed Hunter's Bow looting effect on animals.
- Tweaked First Ritual Entry on Black Book to be more clear on how rituals are performed.
