## Fixes
### Extra spaces after the colon were read as part of the message
v18.2.13 stopped parsing message files as YAML so that color codes work without quoting.
The new reader consumes exactly **one** space or tab after `Key:` as the separator and
takes the rest of the line literally — which means a value that had been lined up in a
column kept its padding as text:

YAML treats every space between the colon and the first non-space character as separator,
so this is a regression against how the same file read before v18.2.13. It only affects
hand-edited files — Bukkit's YAML writer always emits exactly one space, so anything the
plugin had written itself was unaffected. `messages_de_DE.yml` is the one bundled locale
that hits it, on `BookDisabledChestClaims`.
**Fix:** leading spaces and tabs between the colon and the value are dropped, matching
YAML. Padding a file into columns is now cosmetic, exactly like quoting.
Leading spaces that are *inside* quotes are still preserved, because the quote is the
first non-space character and everything after it is the value:

That is how `en_PT`, `fr_FR` and `uk_UA` indent the same book line, and it read the same way
before and after this fix.
## Notes
No message file needs editing, and saving remains
append-only, so your customizations, comments and ordering are left alone.
## Tests
`MessageFileTest` — 15 cases. New this release: `ignoresExtraSpacesBetweenTheColonAndTheValue`,
covering both a padded plain value and a padded quoted value whose own leading spaces are
kept. The existing `readsBackEveryValueBukkitWouldHaveWritten` sweep still round-trips every
message in `messages_en.yml` through Bukkit's YAML writer and back through the reader, and
`bundledLocaleFilesParseIntoKnownMessages` parses all 13 bundled locale files.
