Added new items:
- Lightning Ball
- Crafted with four copper ingots and a redstone block
- Can be charged by placing in a container with a lightning rod pointing into it
- Turns into Charged Lightning Ball when lightning strikes the rod
- Charged Lightning Ball
- Summons lightning where it lands
- Drops a Lightning Ball item when thrown
