Changes:
* Fully implement `item_simple` and add `item_sneak`
* These should now work with most backpack/pouch-like items out the gate
* tested with botania's flower pouch and trinket case.
* Allow prefixes/suffixes in the config
* Majorly improve config logger output
* Enable the config logger by default
