### Added
- Added an "Allow Vein Mining at Zero Hunger" setting. Turn it off to stop vein mining while your hunger bar is empty, and Liteminer's HUD shows "Too hungry to mine!" in red. It stays on by default, so vein mining works the same unless you change it.
