# Methane 2.0
It's been a while since Methane was last updated, but now it's finally here on 1.20!
- Ported Methane to 1.20
- uses a new full bright solution, very slightly faster.
compatibility has not been checked, please make an issue/PR if you find any incompatibilities/issues.
