## Changes:
- New Grave Timer setting: graves can now count down in world time instead of only while players are nearby
- Grave owners now get a message when someone else loots their grave or when it expires (delivered on the next join if they were offline)
- With the World Time grave timer, graves now disappear right when their time runs out, even if nobody is near them, and owners get a warning a minute before
