* Fixed the get and help commands not working for dimension-based sub-configs. * Improved the API to enable map/other mods to support dimension-based sub-configs for claim colors (just expired claims atm). * Fixed player sub-configs without a custom claim name not inheriting the custom claim name from the main config. * Added API for fetching the custom claim name for a claim state and dimension. * Fixed the client-sided claim manager tracker not being properly notified of dimension-based sub-claim color changes causing map mods to not update the map. * Fixed the client-sided claim manager tracker not being properly notified of dimension-based sub-config deletions causing map mods to not update the map. * Fixed crash when a server sends the world border packet very early.
